Twenty five entrepreneurs from Nagaland will be showcasing local products at the 42nd India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2023 at Pragati Maidan New Delhi.
Nagaland state pavilion at Hall no-3 was inaugurated by Joint Resident Commissioner (JRC) Nagaland House New Delhi, Wennyei Konyak on November 14.
Entrepreneurs from Nagaland will be showcasing the best local product of Handloom crafts Handicraft and wood craft, banana basket crafts, varieties of local soaps, and various products of the state.
The theme of the IITF was “Vocal for Local, Local to Global”.
13 countries are participating in the events, and nearly 3500 exhibitors will be showcasing products.
Partner states for the events were Bihar and Kerala, while focus states were Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Maharashtra and Utter Pradesh.
The inauguration of Nagaland pavilion was attended by Nagaland State Pavilion Director, Kikhumthong, Areninla, Asst, Pvilion Director, KuOlie Mere Dy. Director and Sr PRO (IPR) Nagaland House Delhi and Thomas Thailu OSD Planning Nagaland House, New Delhi.
