Nagaland Art Centre: ‘The Healing Season’ art exhibition commences

A 20-day long International Art Exhibition, titled “The Healing Season”, commenced at Nagaland Art Centre, IMC Hall here on Sunday.
The paintings and drawings put up for display at the art centre were creation of Limatola Longkumer of Nagaland and Heather Layton from USA.
Most of their arts were based on the theme of reconnecting with people and natural world, following an era marked by severe disconnections.
It may be noted that both artistes met each other for the first time in the Art Exhibition.
They expressed the hope that their artwork would inspire to reconnect with one another, restore optimism, rebuild strength, and to re-discover the infinite number of ways to find beauty in the world.
