Nagaland: First Kohima District Futsal Championship

Kohima District Football Association (KDFA) is set to organise the first Kohima District Futsal Championship on September 2 and 3 at L Viluo FIFA pro astro turf, Meriema. The championship would be conducted in 5 a-side, knockout format where only players registered with KDFA would be eligible to participate.
Winning team will represent Kohima district in the upcoming second edition of Futsal Championship to be organised by NFA. The winner and runners-up would also receive cash rewards, trophies and citation. An additional feature of the championship would be “man of the match” for every game who would be given cash rewards. Entry fee for the championship is set at Rs 2,500.
