Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has made suitable modifications in the curriculum and examination system to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
According to DIRP, the board after receiving feedback from various stakeholders has revised the rules with the approval of the government.
The revised rules have been uploaded in the Nagaland Board of School Education’s portal www.nbsenl.edu.in.
In this connection, Nagaland Board of School Education has informed all heads of Registered Institutions to familiarize themselves with the revised rules and disseminate the information to the students with disabilities for seeking exemptions.
The revised rules will supersede earlier rules and notification, and will become applicable from the academic session 2022 i.e. Classes VIII & IX Examinations 2022 and HSLC & HSSLC Examinations 2023 onwards.
