NCP state unit welcomes Pawar’s decision to continue as party chief

Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Nagaland state unit has welcomed party’s national president Sharad Pawar’s decision to take back his resignation.
In a letter to party chief, NCP Nagaland unit president Vanthungo Odyuo on behalf of the seven legislators and the rank and file of state unit conveyed happiness and “profound thankfulness” for his magnanimity, love and genuine concern by giving the party hope and strength with his decision to continue as the president of the party that nurtured way back in 1999.
“Your wise decision to put party workers interest first and reversing earlier announcement to lead us again to greater height has amply exhibited that you are man of great Political sagacity,” Odyuo said.
State unit president stated that Pawar’s perseverance, judgements, discernment, perception and thoughtfulness have further won the trust and respect of party workers.
He said that unit looked forward for his continuous support and guidance. “With you as our Chief we will endeavour to expand our party influence in Nagaland,” Odyuo said and wished him good health and long life “in the service of this great country.”
