Nagaland Foot Hill Road Construction Committee appeals for early completion of ongoing works

Nagaland Foot Hill Road Construction Committee (NFHRCC) has welcomed the State government and R&B department’s desire to inaugurate the Doyang bridge at Governor’s Camp, Liphanyan, in Wokha district at the earliest, hopefully by early part of June 2022, and thereby provide connectivity to the people as aspired since the last nine years.
NFHRCC convener Supu Jamir, co-convener Hokiye Yepthomi, secretary W Lemba Chang and assistant general secretary Chenithung Humtsoe therefore appealed to the contractor from Dimapur to Atu Ghoki (Zubza River bridge), Niuland sector M/s VIPE Enterprise & Construction Ltd, the motorable foothill road contractors from Niuland to Ralan and Ralan Old to Doyang bridge and beyond, including Doyang bridge contractors M/s RK Constructions, M/s T Tachu & Co and M/s L Phukato Shohe & Sons, to expedite and improve the ongoing works soon so that the State governments’ entourage could ply on the road to Doyang bridge and beyond on the inauguration day.
