Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) has expelled its senior member Bobby Panicker from the Congress membership for a period of six years with immediate effect.
In an order, NPCC president S Supongmeren Jamir said NPCC executive committee at its emergency meeting on January 27, 2024 decided to expel Panicker on the recommendation of the DAC Report and in exercise of the power conferred under Disciplinary Rules of Rule 6 (b) of INC Constitution and Rules.
