NPGN/NNC has, in “true spirit of reconciliation to forget and forgive misunderstandings”, resolved “to work together as usual” to strengthen its “government” and also the Working Committee (WC) NNPGs headed by GPRN/NSCN ato kilonser and WC convenor N Kitovi Jimomi.
NPGN/NNC through its MIP informed that the resolution was adopted at a “high level meeting” held on September 15, 2022 between its incumbent president Shoba Lakhum and ato kilonser Hozheto Z Chophi, who is also co-convenor of Working Committee NNPG.
At the meeting, MIP said both the leaders “deliberated on unity” and agreed to beware of “anti-national elements who are manipulating to sabotage and destabilize the legitimate government through deceit and betrayal.”
Further, both the leaders agreed to take exemplary and drastic action against any perpetrators who attempted to “destabilize the legitimate and stable government of NPGN/NNC.”
