Jakhama Youth Organisation (JYO) and Tiema Khe Kidima (TKK) emerged as winners of their respective matches in the ongoing NSF Martyr’s Memorial Trophy at IG Stadium, here on Tuesday.
In the first match, JYO overpowered Meriema Village Youth Organisation (MVYO 4-2. The first goal in favour of JYO was scored by Avito Khieya in the 8th minute. The scores for JYO were added by Shürhosül Zhotso, Rokovikho Khatso and Mechievizo Khatso in the 49th, 54th and 56th minutes of the game respectively. MVYO’s first score came in the form of an own goal by JYO in the 73rd minute. Later, Khrieneituo netted the second goal for the team in the 87th minute.
Mezizoto of JYO and Vizovoto of MVYO were cautioned for their unsporting behaviour while Avito Khieya of JYO was adjudged as the “Man of the Match”.
Jakhama Youth Organisation will now play against F4C Academy in pre-quarter on October 2.
In the second match, TKK bested Chedema Warriors FC 3-0.
The first half ended with a goalless draw while in the second half, Vizopa Phinyo netted the first goal in the 51st minute. Pupisa Pucho added another goal in the 58th minute while Kenopol Thokwe scored the final goal in the 61st minute. Kenopol Thokwe was awarded the man of the match.

2nd match (1:30) – Viswemi FC Vs 12 Tribes FC.
