NSUP holds 4th Literary Odyssey

Naga Students’ Union, Phagwara (NSUP), Punjab, conducted up its 4th Literary Odyssey themed “Preserving Naga Culture through Literary and Art” on October 28. The event highlighted the exceptional literary and artistic prowess of Naga students.


The ceremony was graced by Prof. Dr. Tanima Dutta as the guest of honour. Meanwhile, president, Naga Students Union Sarovino Zumvü, stressed the significance of such competitions in honing student skills and reaffirmed her pledge to sustain such initiatives that uphold the essence of Naga culture.


Tejokevi Sothu and Jonina Sapu clinched the top spots in the Essay and Poetry categories respectively, while Visezonu Natso led in the Art category. Runners-up included Alelie Keditsu, Limatula Ozukum, and Neivisienuo Zuyie. All winners were awarded cash prizes and signed copies of the poetry book “Slingstones” by Mmhonlümo Kikon.
