NTCA holds 19th annual general conference at Zubza

Two-day 19th annual general conference of Nagaland Theological Colleges Association (NTCA) held on the theme, “Christian and Politics” culminated on November 6 at ABCC Prayer Garden, Zubza.
A press release by NTCA media cell informed that in the opening service, Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) general secretary, Rev. Dr. Zelhou Keyho said, “Followership is important in the discussion of leadership for several reasons. Without followers there are no leaders.”
He said leadership and fellowship are closely intertwined and that effective followers could shape productive leadership; just as effective leaders develop good followers. “Leadership and fellowship is a supportive to each other,” added Rev. Keyho.
NTCA said highlight of the conference was a panel discussion on “Church and Politics” as the panellists – electoral office, government of Nagaland, Mathung; chairman, Livingstone Foundation International, Dr. Andrew Ahoto and Baptist Theological College associate professor, Dr. Z.K. Pahru – engaged the delegates with their varying perspectives.
NTCA said a paper on “Christians and Politics” by Shalom Bible Seminary, academic dean, Dr. Villo Naleo also generated a lot of enthusiasm. During the Sunday morning worship, Chief Editor, Tir – Yimyim, Temen Jamir delivered a message.
