NWA wrestling to be held at State Stadium Dimapur

Nagaland Wrestling Association (NWA) will be organizing the 14th Open Naga Wrestling Championship 2023 on March 18 at State Stadium Dimapur with deputy chief minister, TR Zeliang as the special guest.
This will be preceded by the 1st Belt Wrestling Championship on the March 17 with president, Tenyimi People’s Organization (TPO), Timikha Kezo as the inaugural guest. For the belt wrestling event both male and female players from Manipur have confirmed their participation while prominent and renowned players from in Naga style wrestling are also on the list.
Meanwhile Nagaland Wrestling Association has informed all Belt wrestlers to report to the venue at 2 pm on March 16 for weight measurement.
Any Naga style wrestler willing to participate in the event(s) are requested to submit all necessary particulars to any of the office bearers or respective unit officials of NWA on or before March 16, 2023.
