On receiving a written memo from Station Manager, NF Railway Dimapur that one person was lying inside the track between RXR-DMV at Km 253/2-3 on May 25, the GRPS duty party rushed to the spot and found one unidentified (non-local) male age about 40 years lying dead inside the rail track in between Km 253/2-3, suspected to be run over by running train.
According to DCP crime/PRO Dimapur police, on completion of all legal formalities, the dead body has been shifted to District Hospital morgue for post-mortem examination and identification.
The deceased was wearing black half-long pant with black color T-shirt and a coffee color under garment. The deceased has a tattoo on his left arm marking the names: Raj Kumar Sharma and Onita Devi.
