The 5th edition of Oriental College Skill Fest development was conducted from October 18 to 20, with Additional Deputy Commissioner Rhosietho Ngouri NCS as special guest of the inaugural programme.
The objectives of the program was to create opportunities, space and scope for developing the talents of the students, and to provide training, support and guidance for all the students on new areas and traits.
The programme was chaired by Riivuotuonuo Ruth Vizo, while Principal Oriental College Kohima Dr. Khriereizhiinuo Dziivichii Vasanth delivered the keynote address.
During the three day event the students were trained by professionals on several traits, such as food processing, basket making, baking, embroidery, vocal and guitar, soap making, electrical fitting, carpentry, beauty and grooming, flower plantation, knitting and mushroom cultivation.
