Peren District Football League: Prime FC stun Benreu FC; NASA hold NZSA 1-1

Prime FC stunned Benreu FC 5-1 while Nsong Area Sports Association (NASA) was held by Nothern Zeme Sports Association 1-1 on day-2 of the ongoing first Peren District Football League (PDFL) 2022 organised by Peren District Football Association (PDFA) at Jalukie ‘B’ village ground on Wednesday.
Prime FC opened its account when Tingsenggai found the back of the net in the 12th minute of the game. The first half ended in 1-0.
Five minutes after the breather, Haidingbe of Prime FC doubled their lead in the 50th and 90th minutes. Another two goals were scored by Puiheilung in the 53rd and 56th minutes. While a solitary goal for Benreu FC was scored by Digumpeung in the 65th minute. In another match played between Nsong Area Sports Association (NASA) and Nothern Zeme Sports Association, early into the game, Lungdetheing of NZSA scored the opening goal in the 4th minute which was equalised by Deihimrai of NASA in the 39th minute. Both the teams failed to convert the opportunities into goal and shared a point each.
