Phangnon highlights achievement under Modi government’s 9 -year rule

In the nine years of Modi government, the country has witnessed unprecedented development in every sector with focussed on uplifting the downtrodden, Rajya Sabha MP, Phangnon Konyak said on Wednesday.
Addressing press conference at BJP Dimapur district office, Koyak said under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, many project and schemes have been initiated and millions of lives have been transformed.
She claimed that the BJP government never backed down from its promises and cited various schemes and project taken up by the party in Nagaland that has impacted the life of the people of the state. She said under “Ayushman Bharat” 32 thousand people have been benefitted and have availed free treatment worth Rs. 55 crore.
“BJP as a party believe in being with a party with a difference because it is not only credential party but throughout the year the party works for the people” Koyak added. She said under “Jal Jeevan Yojna”, every household in Nagaland has been connected with portable piped water connection where 2.2 lakh household have been connected in last three years and under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) 16 thousand houses have been built in Nagaland.
She also highlighted on the initiatives of PM during the Covid pandemic and his vision of connectivity, “Look East policy” etc.
Konyak said the government was focused on developing “nation first” by putting the interest of nation as its foremost priority.
