Pilgrim Higher Secondary School (PHSS) observed “National Science Day” on February 28, to mark the discovery of the Raman Effect in 1928 by Indian Physicist C.V Raman.
In a press statement, PHS principal informed that a street play, video-presentation on the formation of the Earth and Moon marked the event. Later on, an exhibition of Science laboratory tools was inaugurated in the Science laboratory by the Principal, Kaini Khekho Kikon in the presence of classes 1 to 3.
The theme of National Science Day 2023, “Global Science for Global Wellbeing” was extensively discussed.This event was organized by Science department.
