Raj Bhavan, Kohima organized a farewell programme at Ura Bhavan, Raj Bhavan on February 6 in honour of the outgoing Commissioner and Secretary to Governor, Mhabemo Yanthan, who has been transferred as the Commissioner, Nagaland.
Chairing the programme, Joint Secretary to Governor, Mhomo Tungoe thanked the Commissioner & Secretary for the service rendered and for the efforts he had put in to improve the functioning of the office. Delivering a brief service record of the Commissioner & Secretary, Section officer Jochule mentioned that T. Mhabemo Yanthan joined Raj Bhavan as Commissioner & Secretary to Governor on September 2019, and served in that capacity till February 2023. Incoming Commissioner & Secretary to Governor, Wezope Kenye congratulated the Yanthan on his new assignments. Delivering farewell speech, T. Mhabemo Yanthan thanked the Almighty and the entire staff of Raj Bhavan for the memorable tenure and said that this could happen only with the constant support and cooperation.
