District health society (DHS) Peren on Wednesday conducted a reproductive child health (RCH) camp at Lalong village under Peren district.
In a press release, district media officer CMO office Peren, Shekho Sophie, stated that health services and medicines were provided to all patients. The family planning services were also made available for eligible couples.
RCH camp administered 123 OPDs, lab services such as blood sugar, four Malaria test, eight sputum collections and PTK test were also provided. 43 CMHIS card were generated, six Routine Immunization, one dental, 10 NCD, 13 Obs and Gynae (6ANC) and 10 refractive error cases was carried out.
Further, dropped out and left out children were identified and vaccinated, while screening for diabetes, hypertension, syphilis, various ailments such as viral fever, geriatric care and Routine Immunization were also done.
The awareness talk on Tuberculosis, Leprosy and Immunization was also conducted while pamphlets and leaflets were distributed free.

Chingpen, SMO (Obs and Gynae) DH, Peren; Dr. Nuksung, MO, Tening CHC; vertical programme staff, pharmacist, lab. tech, nurses, ASHAs and AWWs.
Zunheboto: A two-day RCH camp was conducted at Satakha PHC and Ghathashi PHC under Zunheboto on March 27 and 28 under the aegis of DHS Zunheboto, CMO office Zunheboto.
In a press release, district media officer CMO office Zunheboto, Keneikhrietuo, stated that the medical team included district programme officer (UIP & RCH) Dr. Heto Swu, sr specialist obstetrics & gynae DH, Dr. Kapfo, medical officers of the respective block and health units, dentist, DPMU staff, RBSK & MMU team, BPMs.
During the camp, 487 people availed free medical services such as sterilization-13, IUCD-7, ANC-12, NCD screening -139, Dental-55, MTP-4, laboratory test.
