Kohima Hotel & Restaurant Union (KHRU) organised a one day training-cum-refresher course on hospitality service sponsored by department of Tourism at Hotel 2K on Monday.
At the training, objective of the training was highlighted by KHRU, president, Khrielakuo Sekhose. Deputy director, department of Tourism, Veyielo Doulo exhorted the participants. The technical sessions included operating procedure of housekeeping department with resource person as John Magh; operating procedure of front office department by Anietho Kath and operating procedure of food & beverage (Service) by Kewashwe Kepen. The closing remarks was delivered by treasurer, KHRU Atanu Theyo.
