Rejoinder to ‘What unite the Naga?’

Apropos to Shri Thepfulhouvi Solo write up on ‘what unite the Naga?’ in Nagaland post dated January 14, 2023 wherein the writer claiming the WWII memorial cemetery at Kohima belongs to Tsütuonuomia Khel which was seized by the colonial power is misleading as some portion of the WWII cemetery belongs to the Lhisemia Khel of Kohima Village. Kohima town has a long history of non acquired land issues and all these areas fall under the 1934 map of J.H. Hutton the then D.C. of Kohima who demarcated it for administrative purposes. Therefore, we considered it as uncompensated land and not as seized or conquered.
