REPRESENTATION TO THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA AND STATE GOVERNMENT OF NAGALAND FOR DEVELOPMENT OF 13TH DISTRICT TSEMINYU, 14TH DISTRICT CHUMOUKEDIMA AND 16TH DISTRICT SHAMATOR

1. MEDICAL: The Government of India through the medical ministry should accord sanction for creation of District hospital in Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedima and Sharnator. The present Community Health Centre of Tseminyu District is managed by only one Doctor i.e, Sr. Medical Officer. The community Health Centre should have a minimum of four medical officers (Dental, Ayush, General). The Government of India should accord sanction from medical ministry for creation of District Chief medical office with new building and quarters in Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedima and Shamator districts.
2. EDUCATION: The Government of India should accord sanction from Education Ministry for creation of District Education office and staff in Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedima and Shamator. The Government of India through the University Grant Commission should accord sanction for establishing Government College in Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedima and Shamator Districts.
3. POLICE: The Government of India should accord sanction from the Home Ministry for
   i. District SP Office and Staff with new building and quarters
   ii. District jail and staff with new building and quarters
   iii. Indian Reserve Battalion with new building and quarters
   iv. District Commandant Civil Defence and Home guards with new building and quarters.
   v. State Disaster Response Force with new building and quarters for the Districts of Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedima and Shamator
4. TRANSPORT: The Government of India should accord sanction from the Ministry of Transport for creation of District Transport office with new building and quarters in Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedima and Shamator Districts.
5. SPORTS: The Government of India should accord sanction from the Ministry of Sports for creation of District sports office with new building and quarters in Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedima and Shamator Districts.
6. ECONOMIC AND STATISTICS: The Government of India should accord sanction from the Ministry of Census for creation of District Statistical Office with new building and quarters in Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedima and Shamator districts.
7. SOCIAL SECURITY WELFARE: The Government of India through the Ministry of Social, Security Welfare should accord sanction for creation of District Welfare Office with new building and quarters in Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedima and Shamator Districts. The ministry of Social Security Welfare should also accord sanction for creation of Child Development Project Office, Chunlikha Block Tseminyu District with new building and quarters.
8. INFORMATION AND PUBLIC RELATION: The Government of India through the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting should accord sanction for:
   i. Radio Station I Doordarshan
   ii. District Information and Public Relation Office with new building and quarters for the Districts of Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedima and Shamator.
9. FISHERY AND AQUATIC: The Government of India through the Ministry of Fishery & Aquatic should accord sanction for District Fishery Office with new building and quarters for the Districts of Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedims and Shamator.
10. FOREST: The Government of India through the Ministry of Forest and Environment should accord sanction for District Forest Office with new building and quarters for the Districts of Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedima and Shamator.
11. EMPLOYMENT AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT: The Government of India through the Ministry of Employment and Skill Development should accord sanction for District Employment and Skill Development Office with new building and quarters for the District of Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedima and Shamator.
12. AGRICULTURE: The Government of India through the Ministry of Agriculture should accord sanction for District Agriculture Office with new building and quarters for the District of Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedima and Shamator.
13. ADMINISTRATION: The Government of India through the Ministry of Home Affairs should accord sanction for constructing the Deputy Commissioner Office with new building and quarters. District Customary Court with Deputy Commissioner Judicial Office in Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedima and Shamator Districts.
14. POWER: The Government of India through the Ministry of Power should accord sanction for creating of Executive Engineer Power Office with new building and quarters for the Districts of Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedima and Shamator.
15. LAND RESOURCES, SOIL AND WATER CONSESRATION: The Government of India through the Ministry of Rural Development should accord sanction for creation of District Land Resources Office with new building and quarters for the Districts of Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedima and Shamator.
    The Government of India through the Ministry of Water Resources should accord sanction for creation of District Soil and Water Conservation Office with new building and quarters for the Districts of Tseminyu, Niuland Chumoukedima and Shamator.
16. INDUSTRY: The Government of India through the Ministry of Industry and Commerce should accord sanction for creation of District Industrial Center Office with new building and quarters for the Districts of Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedima and Shamator.
    The Government of India through the Ministry of Khadi and Village Industries should accord sanction for creation of District Khadi and Village Industry Office with new building and quarters for the Districts of Tseminyu, Niuland, Chumoukedima and Shamator.
    In Conclusion, I do pray that my representation to the Government of India as well as the State Government of Nagaland is taken into consideration by approving and according sanction by the Government of India for the all-round development and welfare of the 13th District Tseminyu, 14th District Niuland, 15th District Chumoukedima and 16th District Shamator. The Government of India should see that all the newly created District throughout the country is accorded sanction for all round development.
