Sao Chang College conducts annual sports meet

Sao Chang College, Tuensang conducted its annual sports meet from April 24 to 27. The inaugural programme was held at the Local Parade Ground, Tuensang with ADC Tuensng HQ, Thungchanbemo Tungoe, as the guest of honour.
A press release issued by SCC media cell informed that the events conducted during the sports meet were: Football, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, kabaddi, carrom board, shot put, discus throw, high jump, long jump, and 100, 200 & 400m race. The sports meet was held at various location such as Local Parade Ground, Tuensang, Loyem Astro-turf ground, Tuensang and college campus. Exhibition match was also played on the second day.
The sports meet concluded with a valedictory programme which was graced by the principal of the college, who also distributed certificates and mementos to winners of the various events conducted during the meet.
