Sewak Nursery School holds Annual Day

Sewak Nursery School Dimapur, observed annual day on Monday with chief engineer of Project Sewak, Manay Prasad as chief guest. Prasad, in his speech, emphasized the crucial role played by the earliest phases of co-curricular support in academic programs. He said those foundational years were vital stepping stones towards enrolling in esteemed institutions as children progress. He also stressed the significance of nurturing communication skills, recognizing their long-term value in a child’s development.


School head, Smriti Chopra delivered the welcome address and presented the school report which was chaired by Misba Wania and Shraddha Sarkar of UKG stamdard. The annual gathering was attended by the wife of the Chief Guest alongside officers on duty, parents and invited dignitaries.


Sewak Nursery, which commenced its journey on January 28, 1978 has grown to accommodate 170 students, supported by a dedicated teaching staff of over 60 members, offering education from Nursery to UKG.
On the occasion, number of items were performed by the students followed by prize distribution.
