St John College organizes fitness awareness

Students’ Well-being and Peer Counselling Committee of St. John College, organized a fitness awareness programme on February 15. The programme was hosted by Wanmei, Peer Counsellor and B.A. 4th semester. Resource person of the programme was Tarun Khurana, a fitness enthusiast with 30 years of experience. He spoke on the importance of physical fitness and how it affects all aspects of lives. Peter Banks, the administrative head gave the closing message and handed a certificate to Tarun Khurana.
