State logs 9 fresh Covid-19 cases

Nagaland on Tuesday recorded nine fresh Covid-19 positive cases and nil deaths in the last 24 hours.
Of the fresh cases, six were from Dimapur and one each in Longleng, Mokokchung and Phek, taking the total caseload to 35372.
Further, 1438805 persons had been inoculated against Covid-19 till Tuesday (812197 first dose and 626608 second dose) while 21202 received their booster dose. Altogether, 142008 teenagers received their Covaxin dose (57324 first dose and 15704 second dose).
PTI: India added 13,405 new Covid cases in a single day, taking the virus tally to 4,28,51,929, while the death toll climbed to 5,12,344 with 235 fresh fatalities, Health ministry stated.
