Women Development Cell and Student Counselling Centre, Unity College Dimapur observed “International Day of Action for Women’s Health” under the theme, “Our Voices, Our Actions, Our Demand: Uphold Women’s Health and Rights Now!”, on May 27.
As part of the observation, pamphlets were distributed containing the information such as – awareness on sexual and reproductive health and rights for women, the various schemes and facilities available for women’s health, common women health issues, and ways to manage the risk of various diseases related to women’s health.
Pamphlets were distributed to all the female students and faculties and to the general public outside the college campus.
