ZesTA conducts colour belt promotion ceremony in Kohima

The Zest Taekwondo Academy (ZesTA) has conducted its colour belt promotion ceremony on May 20 in Kohima. ZesTA is affiliated to Nagaland Taekwondo Association (NTA).
The belt binding ceremony was graced and conducted by Black Belt 6th DAN and International Taekwondo Referee, Thejasetuo Keretsü and Black Belt 3rd DAN and senior Taekwondo instructor, Sunil Rai.
Altogether, 24 students were given colour belt promotion in different grades. The visiting faculty also gave away prizes to the students for various categories.
Shokentsinlo Semp, Thejaneituo Kuotsu and Japisa Bio were adjudged the best group in the Poomsae category and Anmol was adjudged the Best Student Award.
On the occasion, the student displayed various taekwondo skills and sparing techniques.
The event was conducted by Black Belt 1st DAN and managing director, ZesTA Neitho-o Kuotsu. Earlier, the colour belt promotion test was conducted by Black Belt 5th DAN and International Taekwondo Referee, Moon Thapa and Black Belt 3rd DAN, Niky Khezhie under the rules and regulation of NTA and guided by World Taekwondo (Kukkiwon) at the same venue on May 1 last.
