Induction training for entry level assistants concludes

 An “Induction Training Programme” sponsored by DoPT, Government of India for entry level assistants (0-5 years) from Kohima district offices concluded on July 27. 

A press release from administrative training institute Nagaland stated that the resource persons were Khinyi Woch, L. Youdang Jamir, Dr. Alem W. Longchar, Imlibenla Jamir and Dr. Hovithal Sothu.

The topics taken up were soft skills, different government rules, accounts, pension, Right to Information Act, gender sensitivity and basic office procedures which included noting and drafting skills, forms of communications, records management etc.

The program was coordinated by deputy director, Dr. Hovithal Sothu. 

Altogether 26 participants attended the program, where participation certificates were awarded to all the participants.
