Induction training prog underway in Phek

Twelve-day Induction Training Programme (ITP) for government employees from various departments organized by Administrative Training Institute (ATI) in collaboration with Phek district administration got underway on January 28 at Phek.
During the training, government employees from various departments of the district especially dealing with public service delivery such as medical, PWD, PHE, social welfare, district administration etc. and who have been in service for the last 0-5 years have been nominated for the programme.
A press release by EAC HQ Tiayanger Jamir stated that the training would focus on motivation, leadership skills, time management, ethics, personality development, office procedures and rules, e-governance and also field visit to villages etc.
The resource persons/master trainers of ITP are four government officers from the district who had undergone training in Kolkata in 2015.
Inaugurating the programme, EAC HQ Tiayanger Jamir welcomed all the trainees and appreciated the government for organizing and conducting such decentralized and participatory approach training.
ATI joint director L.Youdang exhorted the trainees while deputy director (training) ATI & course coordinator Dr. Hovithal Sothu highlighted the substance of the whole training. Vote of thanks was delivered by lecturer ATI & programme coordinator Er.Moa Longkumer.
