Senior accounts officer (SAO) has informed all retired state government officers/officials that pension and GPF final payment cases settled for the month of October 2018 with date of dispatch/date of handing over to nodal officer of concerned departments have been uploaded on the PAG Nagaland website at www.agnagaland.gov.in. The list has also been put up for display at the public relation cell and can be viewed on any working days during office hours. SAO has also informed all state government officials that a “Grievance Redressal and Feedback Committee for Entitlement Functions” has been constituted.
Aggrieved pensioners or government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits may write directly to the Deputy Accountant General (A&E) Kahoto J Yepthomi via e-mail at kahoto_j@yahoo.co.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or send a handwritten letter. All Heads of the Departments have been requested to forward pension cases after MACP is granted wherever applicable, so that inconveniences of revising the pension again at the later stage is avoided. Except Wednesday, all other days will be public interview days from 11 am to 1:30 pm.
