In view of the forthcoming 75th Republic Day celebration, district administrations and departments have issued notice for government employees and civil society organisations.
Kohima: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kohima, Kumar Ramnikant, has informed all Head of Offices (HoOs) of Kohima district to compulsorily attend and ensure the participation of the respective staff in the celebration of Republic Day on January 26 at the Nagaland Civil Secretariat Plaza. The DC has directed the HoOs to submit attendance to the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) headquarters Kohima. Further, in view of the parking congestion inside the plaza, it has been advised to avail parking beyond the perimeter of the entrance gate.
Longleng: District administration Longleng has informed that a mass social work will be held on January 24, 6 a.m. to 9 a.m., for which shops and business establishments within Longleng Town have been directed to remain closed during the aforementioned time. All departments, NGOs, wards, educational institutions, civil society organisations and business establishments have been requested to actively participate in the mass social work.
