Nagaland University (NU) Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Zunheboto on June 24 organised an input distribution programme (IDP) under Tribal Community Development project at Beisumpuikam village under Peren district. In a press release, NU KVK informed that the farmers were also provided with various farm implements developed for hill farmers by VKPAS, Almora, Uttarakhand. They were also provided with storage bags, kits to prevent storage loss in paddy crops developed IRRI and knapsack sprayers. Chief guest, NU registrar, Dr. Abemo and Dr. Rakesh Kumar Chaurasia also delivered speeches at the programme.
