Zunheboto battalion of Assam Rifles under its “Civic Action Project 2020-21” installed six portable public toilets in Zunheboto on April 30.
The installation of toilets was inaugurated by DC Zunheboto, Peter Lichamo in the presence of 32 Assam Rifles senior officers, president Sümi Kukami Hoho, executive engineer PHED, Zunheboto and members of Zunheboto Town GBs Association.
The portable toilets were installed at different locations- circuit house, daily market, public ground, Zunheboto Government College road and PHED compound North point colony, Zunheboto Town.
Portable toilet materials were provided to GBs Association Zunheboto Town by 32 AR and installation was completed through the initiatives of GBs Zunheboto Town, PRO stated in a press statement.
