International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking Day was observed at PHQ, Kohima on Friday, in collaboration with Brahma Kumaris Rajyoga Centre (BKRC) Kohima.
In a press release, BKRC Kohima informed that the programme was virtually joined by narcotics specialist, Dr Vikas Aggarwal as keynote speaker while Rtd. Lt Col Vikas Chauhan spoke on “de-addiction” through Rajyoga meditation.
Meanwhile, centre in-charge of Kohima, sister Roopa demonstrated “Raja yoga” meditation while SP Kohima P Bendangchuba Jamir gave a brief history on the scenario of drugs in Nagaland.
The programme was attended by around 300 people.
