The IOC and Kumlong Taxi Unit (KTU) shared blessings of New Year with patients at the Imkongliba Memorial District Hospital (IMDH) and Mokokchung TB Hospital (MTBH) on January 1.
A press release by IOC & KTU Mokokchung in-charge Atong Jamir stated that as part of social responsibility the IOC and KTU comprising of thirty-nine taxis under the motto, “serve to public” visited nearly forty patients admitted at the IMDH and MTBH. The unit was accompanied by All Nagaland Taxi Association, Mokokchung (ANTAM) president, Tali Jamir and other officials. The team distributed cash and offered prayer support to the patients. The IMDH authorities led by the medical superintendent Dr Medem expressed deep appreciation to the visiting team.
Patients were deeply touched by the noble gesture of the team. IOC & KTU also extended its appreciation to the MS of IMDH and ANTAM officials.
