IPR officials interact with Life Connect

Officials of the department of Information & Public Relations (IPR) led by director, IPR, Limawati Ao visited Life Connect, a Non Government Organisation (NGO) on December 19 and interacted with the team and families. 

According to DIPR report, in a short programme, director, Life Connect, Sali Ngully, said the NGO objective was to enable and empower women and their families to experience “wholeness” in life. 

“An empowered woman is one who is self confident, recognizes her worth, knows her purpose and have control over decisions that affects her life,” said Ngully. She informed that the NGO was currently working with 54 families and that presently they were focussing in New Market area, Kohima.
