IRB jawans and families appeal

Expressing shock over the government’s order of “disbandment” of the 13th NAP Bn. Headquarter Longleng, presently stationed at Paper Nagar, Tuli, its jawans and families have beseeched the state government to review and revoke the order on humanitarian ground.
    The jawans and families in a statement aired their “untold miseries” of moving the battalion from one place to another and furnished a chronological history of it in support. It said the jawans and families perceived the order as an ultimate exercise of power by Government of Nagaland and appealed all right thinking citizens and NGOs to raise voice against such “high-handedness and uncalled actions”.
