International Youth Fellowship held its first “IYF mind education cultural camp” at Eastern Christian College, Wednesday.
Director of IYF Te-Ahn City, S. Korea and International Mind Education Specialist, Rev. Moon Chil Sik, taught the students the importance of having a healthy and right mindset which was essential to become the leaders of tomorrow.
In the programme, there were three sessions of mind education, where in the first session the speaker emphasized that change in life can only come about with the change of the mindset. During the second session he spoke about self-control and to have a healthy mindset while in the third session, the speaker’s emphasis was mainly on how a person could live a happy, guilt-free and healthy life with the highest mindset.
300 Participants from South Korea, Thailand, Assam and Manipur joined the students of Eastern Christian College and were able to exchange and share their cultures and mindset. The IYF Mind Education Cultural Camp will be touring schools and colleges in Dimapur till November 28 and will continue taking this highly beneficial program to all the schools and colleges in Nagaland and its neighboring states.
The programme highlighted mind education lecture and academies like International Dance, Taekwondo, Thai Culture and Korean Songs. The Righteous Stars, a dance team and Esperanza, a musical trio, lightened the mood of the participants with their performance.
