DIMAPUR

Minister of Public Health Engineering and Cooperation, Jacob Zhimomi, inaugurated the Chutsolie Memorial Hall at Godwin Higher Secondary School (GHSS), Chümoukedima, on Monday.
Addressing the gathering, Zhimomi expressed delight at being part of the occasion and commended the school fraternity for their dedication and service in the field of education. He acknowledged the challenges of managing educational institutions in a rapidly evolving world and emphasized the need for institutions to adapt to the changing aspirations of students.
He lauded the teachers and school authorities for their unwavering commitment and stressed the importance of quality education. He encouraged students to make use of the vast resources available online to enhance their learning and personal development.
Established in 1989 by late Chutsolie, a pioneer of Chümoukedima, Godwin Higher Secondary School marks its 36th year of educational service this year.
The inaugural programme featured speeches, presentations, musical performances, and a vote of thanks, followed by a fellowship lunch.
