O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) is set to host the influential World Conference on Criminology (WCC) 2025 from June 19 to 22, uniting leading scholars and practitioners from around the globe in the fields of criminology, law, psychology, and justice.
Organized collaboratively by the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS) and the International Society for Criminology (ISC-SIC), Paris, this landmark event will feature over 40 international speakers representing 25 countries. Attendees will participate in more than 450 presentations and 120 thematic sessions, showcasing groundbreaking research and innovative approaches across multiple disciplines.
Under the theme “Exploring the Dynamics of Crime: Contemporary Challenges and Innovations in Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice,” the conference aims to serve as a premier platform for scholarly dialogue, policy development, and international collaboration.
Prof. (Dr.) C. Raj Kumar, Founding Vice Chancellor of O.P. Pre-conference workshops on June 19 will offer practical, hands-on experiences, including the Crime Scene Investigation Challenge and Exploring Tools for Behavioural Insight, designed to foster experiential learning for students and early-career researchers.
