A Multi-Sector Job Fair was organised on July 25 at Kohima College, Billy Graham Road, attracting large numbers of job seekers, students and recent graduates.
The fair was held in collaboration with The Art of Living Human Resources, Bangalore, and supported by Resilient Generation. Walk-in interviews were conducted, allowing participants to meet recruiters and submit resumes directly.
Companies from various sectors such as education, hospitality, IT, media, NGOs, marketing and industrial sectors participated in the event.
Kohima College extended full coordination as venue partner. Volunteers from Kohima College, Sazolie College (Kohima), and Tetso College (Dimapur) assisted with logistics and supported the recruitment drive.
A spokesperson from Resilient Generation said the event was meant to empower youth with genuine opportunities. “We aim to create space for young individuals to grow, lead and take responsibility for change,” he added.
More than 50% of attendees reportedly received job offers, while others progressed to further stages of hiring.
