A joint inspection team of Nagaland Foothill Road Coordination Committee (NFHRCC) and department officials inspected the ongoing foothills road constructions at Niuland sector on April 15, 2025.
According to NFHRCC media cell, during the inspection, the joint team found that the road widening project and a 36.58 m(120ft) span Galvanised double lane modular Steel Bridge over River Dadi were progressing well as per the technical specification with about 20 % of the physical works achieved and about 40% of the cross drainage and protection walls completed.
In this connection, the joint inspection team urged the responsible department to release appropriate funds accordingly.
