“Joldipabo” a service provider solely designed in finding rental house was launched at Shilloi lounge, Hotel Saramati, here on Monday. It may be noted that J-pabo was initially started with the name “Find house rent in Kohima”
Joldipabo proprietor Atoho A Kinimi, said that site was introduced to assist the people looking for rents for commercial as well as domestic purpose.
On the advantages of Joldi Pabo, Kinimi said that it will serve advantages to both parties, i.e. the tenants and owner, as the intended tenants will no longer have to wander around in search of house.
J Pabo will scrutinize the prospective tenants, have background check and only after accepting the company terms and conditions, will be eligible and it will also provide security to both the parties in case of any problem arises. He further mentioned that it will also benefit the prospective tenants in a way. The site will initiate a team to execute in every corner to collect information and maintain database.
