JSM Nagaland holds ‘No Use Plastic’ campaign in Dimapur

DIMAPUR: Jan Sangharsh Mahasangh (JSM) Nagaland organised a “No Use Plastic” campaign near Vishal Market, Dimapur, on May 11 to spread awareness on the harmful effects of plastic usage and to promote a clean and green environment.
The campaign was conducted in the presence of Dimapur district president, Aloka Debnath, and state secretary, Pooja Das Paul. A public awareness stall was set up where members interacted with citizens and urged them to reduce plastic usage in their daily lives.
Organised in the evening to accommodate working schedules, the initiative received positive response from shoppers and residents, who appreciated the effort. Members actively distributed awareness messages and promoted eco friendly alternatives. Reaffirming its commitment to environmental protection, JSM Nagaland appealed to citizens to work collectively towards a clean, green and plastic free Nagaland.
