Jun 7 vandalism: KCCI demands thorough probe

Vehemently condemning the “dastardly act” of vandalism at Eklippz beauty parlour, MK market complex, Razhü point main town Kohima by unknown miscreant(s) on June 7, the Kohima Chamber of Commerce and Industries (KCCI) has demanded that the “this type of crime” should be investigated thoroughly.

In a condemnation note, KCCI through its secretary, information & publicity, Kaihrii Henry Chisiite stated that all efforts should be made to bring the perpetrator(s) to book.

KCCI said that it was incomprehensible that such act was being committed when the state was observing a lockdown and the business community in particular were facing their “worst times.”

Further, it appealed to every right thinking citizen to condemn such crimes. It further urged the responsible authority and the law enforcing agency to arrest the perpetrator(s) at the earliest.
