Kaiminthang Singson of St. Joseph Higher Secondary School, Chümoukedima won Mr. Chümoukedima season 2 title at an event held at Nagaland Bamboo Resource Centre, Chümoukedima on September 30. The event was organised by Meraki Entertainment in association with Hotel Season, powered by Almighty Nagaland.
Yimwapang Jamir of Tetso College, Chümoukedima and Keneingulie Kuotsu of St. Joseph Higher Secondary School, Chümoukedima were the first and second runners-up respectively.
All the three winners would get a direct entry to 3rd edition Mister Nagaland Man Hunt, the biggest man hunt in the State.
The event was graced by Miss Nagaland 2nd runners-up Jentiren Jamir as the special guest.
The pageant organizers were also judged for a series of sub-awards. Kaiminthang Singson won the Mr. Popularity title; Yimwapang Jamir bagged the Mr Multi Media title, Keneingulie Kuotsu won the Mr best walk sub title and Yimwapang Jamir won the best ethnic wear.
15 contestants vied for the title and went through three rounds- ethnic wear, designer and formal round in the competition. Choreographer and season pageant coach, Toshizen Longkumer, entrepreneur and social worker, Supou Khiam, president of The Blue Curve, Talikaba Longkumer, Mr Dimapur 1st runners-up 2022, Vitoka Assumi, founder and director TS Academy of Design Kohima, Thejasekhose and founder of Institute of Technology Counselling and Educational Research, Dr. Nukshi Esther were the judges of the event.
Tonoto Zhimomi groomed, mentored and choreographed the contestants with Bashing Nyam as the contestant manager. The designer of the event was ATM Sueshe. Nito Aye and Toreechi Jane as the hairstylist and makeup respectively.
Various performances were presented at the grand finale by Kenesenuo Sorhie, Khumtiba Mongzar, Aghali T Aye and Kings Generation. The event was hosted by Imnasenla Rachel.
