Karbi Anglong Sand Supplier Association has decided to stop supply of sand to Dimapur if the concern authority fail to “stop collection of Rs. 5000 per sand truck near police check post at Nagaland gate.”
In a press note, KASSA president Angtong Hanse said that when all businesses have been badly affected by the pandemic, paying such “huge amount of tax illegally” has compelled KASSA to resort to such action.
KASSA, therefore, appealed to the law enforcing agency to look into the matter at the earliest.
