Kohima Bible College (KBC) held its golden graduation programme at multipurpose hall, IG Stadium, here on Friday. A total of 56 students including 31 in Bachelor of Theology, 20 Master of Divinity (Regular) and 5 Master of Divinity (Extension) were awarded graduation certificates at the programme.
In his address, principal of the college and senior pastor, Koinonia Baptist Church, Rev Zotuo Kiewhuo, encouraged the graduates to be focused by fixing their sight on Jesus and be disciplined and earn the crown of victory.
While citing various biblical characters, he exhorted the gathering to stay away from sin, youthful list, adultery and be good role models of Christ. Kiewhuo further urged the graduating students to be vessels of God anywhere they go. Earlier, the programme was chaired by Khyongthungo R Tsopoe, while the pianist was Teizozhano Tepa. Speech on behalf of the graduating students was delivered by Seyiekrono Medom while special numbers were presented by Vengoü Koza and KBC choir.

David Nann’s award for the academic proficiency awarded to Theshen Rengma for scoring the highest total marks.
KBC President’s Award presented to Seyiekrono Medom for securing the highest percentage in O.T. Papers. KBC Principal’s Award presented to Theshen Rengma for highest percentage in the N.T. Papers.

KBC Principal’s Award presented to Ziezo Mechülho for highest percentage in the N.T Papers.
Non-Academic Awards for M. Div for the year 2024 awadees were: Thedichutuo Khezhie and Atsolu Nienu were awarded the late Rev. Neihulie’s Award for Practical Ministry. Kevide Kikhi and Ngapkhao M. Konyak were awarded the Spiritual Maturity Award.
Non-Academic Awards for B.Th. for the year 2024:
Ziezo Mechülho and Mudoselu Phesao were awarded with the late Rev. Neihulie’s Award for Practical Ministry. Wekoulhilo Chirie and Shelika Swu were awarded the Spiritual Maturity Award while student of the year was bagged by Seyiekrono Medom.
