KBC silver jubilee culminates

Koinonia Baptist Church silver jubilee celebrations culminated on Sunday after the devotional services at NBCC convention centre, Kohima.
In the morning service, founder, senior pastor of the church, Rev Zotuo Kiewhuo, Founder and recalled how the church was formed on December 21, 1997, through the revelation of God.
He said many were receiving blessings and breakthrough as the years passed on. He said KBC first introduced dawn prayer and bible study when the church was founded at a time when the society was going through a volatile period with reports of killings and factional clashes making news daily.
He exhorted the gathering to stay focused, disciplined and be good players of “our” faith like a game.
Citing from the book of Hebrew 12:2, “looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith” Rev. Kiewhuo encouraged the believers to let Jesus be the captain and coach of their life. The programme was chaired by Khriezovolie Suokhrie, special songs were presented by Uttarakhand missionary group, Jubilee Choir, Dr Watinaro Kiewhuo and church senior choir.
Later in the evening, senior pastor at Cathedral of Praise, Now Generation Outreach Revival Assembly Shillong, Meghalaya, Rev Dr Batkupar Dunai was the speaker.
Greetings was delivered by Tushar Manna from Kolkata while the programme was led by KBC evangelist, Menuosielie Üsou, special songs were presented by Koinonia fellowship Itanagar, the Oasis, jubilee choir and CR Mission Church (Youth) and vote of thanks was proposed by KBC pastor, Neibalie Kiewhuo.
